This bulletin looks at road traffic accidents involving older drivers (aged 70 and over) in Wales.
The purpose of the bulletin is to look at the extent to which older drivers are more likely to be involved in accidents than other drivers. It also looks at the types of accidents that involve older drivers and whether or not these differ from the types of accidents that involve other drivers.
The aim is to provide information relevant to determine road safety policy in Wales.
