The sixth edition of the annual Young Driver Focus conference was staged in London on 1 May 2019. The conference attracted more than 160 delegates from across the UK, and the programme comprised 15 presentations by 17 presenters from five countries (England, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Belgium and the USA).
The programme included sessions on driver training (including GDL, hazard perception and autonomous vehicles); young driver interventions (four schemes); communicating with young people; and a range of other topics relating to young driver safety.
