‘Bringing Bikers Out of the Blindspot’ is Devon County Council’s ongoing campaign to reduce casualties and improve conditions for motorcyclists.

Although originally launched in 2003, the summer of 2007 saw the launch of a second biker survey to collect the thoughts of riders on a range of issues.

The responses from this consultation, which reached more than 800 replies, are being used to improve safety for motorcyclists and work towards Devon CC being a more ‘biker friendly’ authority.

The report has been produced for the benefit of all motorcyclists, whether they are individual riders, interest groups or professionals and those with a more detailed interest in how the information was gathered and analysed.

We hope there is something here of interest to all those involved in motorcycling community.
