This plan sets out 19 actions outlining how stakeholders can work in partnership to achieve a shared vision that, by 2020, 10% of everyday journeys taken in Scotland will be by bike.
This updated Cycling Action Plan for Scotland draws on the experience of delivery since 2010 and takes account of the contributions received from stakeholders during the refresh exercise in 2013. It sets out 19 actions outlining how stakeholders can work in partnership to achieve a shared vision that, by 2020, 10% of everyday journeys taken in Scotland will be by bike.
