The Road Safety Forum is a not-for-profit initiative by Brake, the road safety charity. Its aim is to disseminate international road safety research and initiatives to help road safety practitioners across the globe adopt best practice. Brake has been providing this low-cost service since 1997 to thousands of professionals from its UK base.

Subscription is open to anyone working to prevent road deaths and injuries. Subscribers include road safety officers, traffic police officers, transport academics, health promotion workers, child safety workers, highway engineers, community leaders, driving instructors and others.

Subscription benefits include:
• A fortnightly e-bulletin, Target Zero, containing bite-sized information about road safety research, initiatives and campaigns.
• Postal mailings of reports and guidance by the Forum, including research reports from driver attitude and behaviour surveys.
• Access to the password-restricted sections of the Road Safety Forum website (going live soon) including road safety research and online e-learning tools.
• Discounted attendance at Brake’s professional conferences and workshops on a wide range of fleet safety topics.
• Access to Brake’s resources and initiatives for communities, ranging from resources for teachers, interactive websites for teenagers on the risks of driving, to Road Safety Week every November.

The annual subscription is £40+VAT (2010).
