Torbay Council’s Road Safety Team works hard to promote road safety education and implement safety schemes in Torbay that benefit the whole community, giving everybody the opportunity to have access to information, training and guidance in all matters relating to road safety.
The aim of Torbay Council is to promote the three main areas within road safety today – education, training and publicity.
