The council website provides further advice on the following:
• Dangerous road junctions – information about road safety and how to report a dangerous road.
• Driver training – information about the benefits of driver training.
• Pedestrian crossings – we install pedestrian crossings to improve safety and to encourage people to walk.
• Speed checks – statistics about speed related injuries and the use of safety (speed and red light) cameras.

A Road Safety Strategy for Solihull, the Solihull MBC Road Safety Strategy 2012 – 2016, sets out the work the road safety partnership intends to carry out over the next five years to reduce casualties on the road.
