The Road Safety Section is responsible for road safety education, training and publicity in the borough and is involved in the following:
• Cycle training courses in schools and additional courses over the summer holidays
• Promoting traffic club
• Running the junior accident prevention officers club
As well as providing road safety learning resources for the following key driver demographics:
• Early years
• Primary school
• Secondary school
• Drivers
• Parents and young drivers
