BuzzRSE is being launched in April 2011 to provide a road service to schools and colleges in London and the Eastern Region. Buzz is run by myself, a former Road Safety Officer for over 23 years in LB Barking and Dagenham, LB Hackney and Southend on Sea BC. I am not in the business of competing with the good work that RSOs do, rather to complement their work by being an extra resource they can call on when needed.
