As a local authority has anyone put together, or is currently using, a self assessment online form which asks a range of questions for parents/carers to answer – and gives an outcome as to whether they will receive free transport to school, based on the road safety element of the route the children will need to take? Thanks.
Dear Geraint – We do not quite have a self assessment, but we do have an online submission to request a walked route assessment, and this has details of what will and will not be assessed.
