Stoke-on-Trent is a partner in the Staffordshire Safer Roads Partnership which is working with other professionals towards reducing the number of road traffic casualties in Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire.

Whilst we are delighted to see road traffic casualties fall in our city in recent years, and whilst we have achieved all the government’s casualty reduction targets over the last ten years, the number of people killed or seriously injured is still unacceptably high. We are committed to reducing the number of casualties even more.
