CRASH Card is a medical alert for motorcyclists provided free of charge to riders.
The cards contain space to record information which could be vital to paramedics, including medical history and details of any medication currently being taken. There is also space to list the name and contact number of a next of kin.
The card was created by The Ambulance Motorcycle Club and is widely used across England, Northern Ireland and Wales.
More than 750,000 CRASH cards have bee distributed globally, and the scheme won a Prince Michael International Road Safety Award in December 2012.
