A simple guide to help you get the best out of the Knowledge Centre
- Knowledge is presented and archived in date order - most recent first.
- Each section of the site has a dedicated search to make it as easy as possible for you to find information.
- If you’re not sure which section the information you are looking for is in, use the ‘whole site search’.
- Use the help forum if you require advice/information that you are unable to find elsewhere on the site.
What is knowledge?
Knowledge can be defined as 'awareness or possession of information, facts, ideas, truths, or principles', and 'familiarity or understanding gained through experience or study'.
