Guidance for all road users - on-road cycle lanes

Do you have a bright and jolly flyer or leaflet which we can put in libraries, surgeries, schools ... which explains the difference between mandatory and advisory on-road cycle lanes? Most things we find tend to the legalistic and we'd like to make people aware of the need to keep out of and not park in the mandatory lanes.

Surely the aim should be to keep drivers out of all cycle lanes, not encourage them to drive and park in the ones they are legally allowed to? A level on uncertainty is likely to stop most drivers using cycle lanes, thus making those lanes safer for the people who ride bikes, which is their purpose. Encouraging driving and parking in advisory cycle lanes would appear to be extremely counterproductive for safety.

I'm sure one (or more) could be designed.
I am ex of Loughborough University's Crash Research Team and we have done several outreach projects before, particularly aimed at vulnerable road users.

We've done similar for advanced stop lines, road positioning etc but not for difference between mandatory and non-mandatory cycle lanes. Welcome to see style if you want.
Would agree with comment on what it would achieve - Highway Code 140 is pretty direct.

We developed a video, although it doesn't say anything about parking. Available here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hpen2d8fpJk
