Breakdowns on motorways

Can anyone point me in the direction of information relating to LGV breakdowns on motorways. Have any companies produced procedures to keep vehicle, driver and other road users safe?

Breakdowns on Motorways (Protocols)

Analogous with rail operations the basic issue in the event of an incident is to make the first action to stop all traffic movement in the area, and create a safe working zone.

This video clip has been widely shared, and comes from FM Conway, there were other similar 'learning points' debated at the recent CLOCS seminar at Tip-Ex in Harrogate. As an emphasis on following the correct procedures the video needs minimal narration
