Cycling Signage for Canal Towpath

Does anyone know of effective signage designs instructing cyclists to slow down to a walking pace rather than dismount or how best to manage narrow paths and blind corners/limited visibility under bridges?

We've used the canal trust's signs - slightly adapted - Share the Space, Drop Your Pace - for some of our shared space areas. Mainly on correx temp signs moved around. It did help with complaints but didn't evaluate as to compliance.

we have various signs on many narrow paths, none of them work. We've also tried various road markings, again none have worked. We've come the conclusion that the best option is a slow burn 'lets look out for each other' campaign. Ask me again in 10 years and I'll let you know if it made a difference.

Sorry not to be more hopeful!
